You can pay in 2 ways:
• By Bank Transfer to Piraeus Bank Greece
• With Credit / Debit / Prepaid Card via PayPal or VIVA Payments

SHIPPING METHODS
All of our dispatches within Greece are served by the courier service of the Hellenic Post Office (Porta – Porta). For foreign shipments, we serve only via ELTA with REGISTERED package shipment.
Attention: In case of sending a package abroad, the only ways of payment are through Credit / Debit / Prepaid Card or Bank Transfer

RETURNS
The Customer may easily return the products he has purchased from the online store simply because he has changed his mind within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The Customer may send them at his own expense to our address. In any case for online orders, the Customer may contact mycharisma.gr customer service before returning the product by e-mail sales@mycharisma.gr. In particular, the Customer has the right to return a product purchased from the online store without giving any reasons, under the following terms and conditions:

(a) Within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery or receipt (when the Customer has chosen “pickup from the store”) and in the case of many goods ordered by the Customer with an order and handed separately from the time of receipt and the latter, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the sale (hereinafter referred to as “Withdrawal”).

(b) This withdrawal is unjustified and the Customer has to return the product exactly to the best situation he has received. In particular, the returned product should not be used, it should be in perfect condition, just before it is sold, in its original packaging (box, nylon, foam etc.) which should not have been cracks or damage / alterations) and with all the contents of the original packaging. In addition, in order to accept the return of the product, the original purchase receipt (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are shown on the purchase receipt.

(c) Return of the item is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid out any amount charged to mycharisma.gr for sending the product to him and the shipping cost for his return.

(d) The statement of withdrawal shall be filed in writing and sent in writing: (a) to mycharisma.gr postal address, b) or to sales@mycharisma.gr and our company is obliged to confirm receipt of the withdrawal statement in writing receive.

(e) Customer is obliged to return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which he notified the withdrawal to our business and in particular at the address he / she declares.

(f) Following our rescission statement, our business is required to reimburse the Customer for the price it has received. In the case of debiting the Customer by credit card, our company, if it has received the price from the Bank, will be obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will take any action. Our business, following this update, has no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the settlement, governed by the contract drawn up between the Issuing Bank and the Customer.

(g) Return of the price due to a withdrawal to the Customer shall be made no later than fourteen (14) working days from the time when our company has received proven knowledge of its withdrawal.

(h) Delivery costs are not refunded unless the Customer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by our business.

(i) The Customer is liable to indemnify our business if it has made use of it other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period up to the declaration of withdrawal and our business is entitled to agree with the Customer is compensated even by offsetting.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF EXEMPTION
The right of withdrawal under Article 4 § 10 of Law 2251/1994 does not apply to products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection (eg Uniforms) or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items.

The right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 3e to 3c for distance and off-premises contracts does not apply to the supply of goods manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized (Article 3l of Law 2251/1994).
